Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions.  If you don't see the answer to your question here, please head over to the Contact Us page and email me.  I would love to answer it for you.

What’s your return policy?

Return any products in unused and original condition within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded your full cost.  You will need to pay return shipping on the item unless it was an error made on our part such as shipping you a red coffee mug rather than a black one.

Do you ship overseas?

No, The Cross Eyed Blog only ships within the United States.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Head over to our Contact Us page and shoot me an email.  I would be happy to help you in any way I can.

What payments do you take?

The Cross Eyed Blog uses Pay Pal as the payment tool.  You can pay through Pay Pal using different methods such as your own checking account or by credit card.

What about your photo credits?

Some photos I use on this site are photos I took on my own and therefore are copyrighted to me.  Other photos I have gotten through authorized websites for pay or for free which are released to me for personal as well as commercial use.  I will rarely, if ever, post a photo which is not mine, but if I do, it will remain the copyright of the person who took the photo.  I will also give photo credit.

Is your blog copyrighted?

Any original work is the copyright of the person who wrote it on the date in which it was written.  The blog is no exception.  I spend hours a week writing, proofing and editing my work.  This is my own written material.  It is original thought.  If it is not original thought or if it is a quote of someone else, I will cite the source I have received my information from such as the Bible or a newspaper article, for example.

Why meal plan?

I am glad you asked!  Planning your meals to work in tandem together means less time invested, less food waste and saves you money.  Having a planned grocery list also keeps you from roaming around the store which means you pass by less product, and therefore, there is usually less impulse buying.

Can I get the shopping list on my phone?

Yes, if you pay for the meal plan and download it to your Smartphone as a PDF, you can access it using an app such as Google Docs.  This app is free and you can download it using the App Store or Google Play.

How do you determine the cost of meals?

All ingredients will be listed on the meal plan.  The cost of the ingredients for you will be determined by many factors such as do you or do you not have the ingredient at home already, the cost of food in your state, whether you buy generic or name brand, whether you take advantage of sale items and even the store in which you shop.  My cost should give you a ballpark figure only of what the meals would cost and is in no way a guarantee of what you will pay.
