Roast Beef Sandwiches

This recipe is great as we head into the summer months.  It is super quick and only has a few ingredients.  This is definitely a family favorite!

Roast Beef Sandwiches

1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
1 can Campbell’s French Onion soup
1 package sub or hoagie rolls
Put roast beef in large skillet over medium heat.  Pour french onion soup into pan.  Cook until heated through and bubbly.  While cooking roast beef, prepare the sub rolls with a little bit of butter and garlic salt.  Cook sub rolls face down on a griddle or broil face up for one to two minutes in the oven.

Of course, you can choose to pass this step to save on calories and just broil them plain in the oven, but I would highly recommend doing the garlic salt.  It elevates the sandwiches to another level.  Just saying.

Pile roast beef up on sub rolls.  Serve the sandwiches with horseradish, pepperoncinis, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, or mustard.  You can also put the french onion sauce in a small dish or ramekin to dip your sandwich in.  This recipe is very easy to double.  Enjoy!
